How To Download PDF Files:
1. When using Netscape: Hold the SHIFT Key down when beginning the download of a PDF file. (This will prevent your ADOBE Reader program from trying to read the file.)
You should see a dialogue box asking where to save the file.
2. When using Internet Explorer: RIGHT CLICK on the file name and choose "Save Target As." You should then see the dialogue box about saving the file.
