1. Is my application always accepted
into the Partner Program? Most sites are accepted. We may reject your
application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is
unsuitable for our Partner Program for any reason including, but not limited
to, violence promoted at your site, sexually explicit materials, discrimination
based on race, sex, religion, nationally, disability, age, sexual orientation,
promote illegal activities, or incorporates materials that infringe or assist
others to infringe on copyright, trademark or other intellectual property
rights. If we reject your application, you may reapply to our Partner Program
at any time. Also note that if we accept your application and your site is
thereafter determined (at our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for our Partner
Program, we may terminate this Agreement.

2. When Do I get paid?
Payments are made quarterly by check in US dollars. The commissions earned
must be $20 or more, otherwise the commissions will be rolled over to the next
quarter.

3. How many products must I
sell? You can sell as many of the products offered in the Partner
program as you wish. That means you can offer 1 or all the products on your
site.

4. How does the customer get
tracked? The customer must have Cookies enabled in order to be tracked.
Then a cookie which will last up to 30 days, will be created. This cookie will
have your unique account number embedded in it. When the customer chooses to
purchase the product, you will get the commission for the sale. After 30 days,
your customer must go back to your site to re-initialize the sale.

5. What is the mTracker
program? The mTracker program is a service offered by Mals-E.Com. It is
used by hundreds of sites to track Partner sales.

6. Do I create my own materials, or
do you supply them? Allied Business Systems Inc. supplies the basic web
pages and links for your use. While it is important to use the text and the
links, the graphics files included are optional. You may also change the look
and feel of the web pages to fit with your own site. Such changes may be
different color backgrounds, or inclusion of your logo, etc.

7. Can the customer download a
trial version of the software products? Yes, every page we provide has
a download link that leads to the trial version. Most products allow up to a 30
day trial before purchase. It is important to keep these download links intact
on the pages. That way it insures that the customer can get the very latest
version of the products.

8. What if the customer doesn't
buy the product from my site? If the customer buys from another site,
then you won't get the credit. They MUST use the "Buy Now" links from your site
to give you the commissions.
Back
9. Can I have multiple sites that
sell the products? Yes but you must make an application for the Partner
Program, for each site you wish to use. That is because the mTracker program
uses your site as well as your account number to give you credit. Besides, we
must approve all sites that wish to sell our products. (We do not allow adults
only sites, or sites that do not meet the criteria in the Partner
Agreement.)
Back
10. What about product changes and
upgrades? Allied does upgrade the products as required. The links we
provide to the download trials will always point to the most recent version
released.
Back
11. Who supports the products after they are sold? Allied Business Systems Inc. does the support. You are acting in a sales capacity only.
12. What happens if the customer
returns the product, do I still get paid a commission? While returns
are infrequent (remember the customer usually uses the product for up to 30
days before purchasing) they do happen. If a customer returns a product that
you have sold, then the commission will be deducted from your totals. If the
commission has already been paid, then the deduction will apply to the next
quarterly check.
Back
13. How can I earn larger
commissions? If you sell over 150 products of any combination, we will
boost your commission rate for the remaining part of the calendar year. The
amount of the boost will depend upon how many products over 150 you have
sold.
Back
14. What if I want to stop
being an Partner? If you wish to leave the Partner program, then notify
us by email and we will deactivate your account. You must also remove any of
the Allied web materials from your site at that time.
Back
15. Must my site be in the USA,
or can I have sites in different countries? You can have sites in
countries other than the USA. However, all of our programs are in English,
regardless of the language spoken by your customers. We do reserve the right to
refuse sites as Partners based upon our sole discretion.
