Email Address and Send Option - New Feature
The Email Address is a new field and function. The Email Address is part of the People File and the Appointment Record. Once the address has been entered in the People File, it automatically populates the Appointment Record for that individual. Use the new Send }Button and you can easily email a person directly from the People File or the Appointment Record assuming you have a active email client installed. This means you can Email an appointment confirmation at the time you schedule the appointment.

Booking Blocks of Time - Improved and Better!

ScheduleMaster now automatically checks for subsequent free time when you want to change or extend the length of time of an appointment. There is a new Change Button as part of the Appointment Record. The Change Button activates a new Change Duration Request dialog box, which simplifies creating longer appointments. .The updated and enhanced Cancel Appointment procedure for an extended appointment now resets the original appointment length and restores all unused time to the appointment calendar.

Staff Notes and Reminders - New Feature

ScheduleMaster now includes a new Staff Notes File. You can now call up and make notes for reminders or to do items while you are working in ScheduleMaster. If you mark a note as a reminder, reminders will automatically load when ScheduleMaster is activated until the Reminder Check Box is unchecked. Notes can be used to communicate with others if the note is checked as reminder as each individual who logs in will see the note.

Improved Import and Export

The Import and Export function has been greatly changed and improved. Import and Export has been simplified and is more flexible. You can now actively select any field to import or export. You can create and save import and export formats for repeated use. Fields do not have to be arranged in a specific layout order.
