Customer Service Help - How to Get It.
Allied offers four (4) ways to get help,
(after you've used the on-line help, the tutorials, and the manuals):
1. E-Mail Support: This is free help. You can email our support staff anytime you have a question. Your question will be answered as promptly as possible. Be sure to provide as much detail about the problem or question as you can. State the program being used, and any details pertaining to your question. This will avoid having to ask you questions that you could have answered the first time around. Remember, that the tech staff is good, but they are not mind readers. 2. Fax Support: This is free help, too. You can Fax our support staff anytime you have a question. Your question will be answered as promptly as possible. Be sure to provide as much detail about the problem or question as you can. State the program being used, and any details pertaining to your question. This will avoid having to ask you questions that you could have answered the first time around. Remember, that the tech staff is good, but they are not mind readers. If you hand write your fax, be sure to write legibly an do include your fax number. (714) 964-0061.
3. This Web Site: This is free help. You can often find answers to the most common issues about our programs here on this web site. Check the downloads page for the software you have a question about, or look at the side bar on the left and the Support Request Form.
4. Voice Support: This is NOT free. You can call our offices and speak with a technician, but it will cost $2.00 per minute for a minimum of 15 minutes, per incident. We can only accept charge cards. The technicians are busy so you may get called back if they are unavailable. You must pay the minimum before a tech will handle your call. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments (that means that a 17 minute call will cost you $60.)
